Deja Vu

I spent my Sunday in sleepy Vijayawada. The re-discovery of my roots lasted for 24 hours...with a temple visit, a Carnatic music recital and great Andhra food all power packed into a weekend module.

Back in Hyderabad, my adopted city..the feeling is similar to being welcomed by Mumbai in the recent past. All I have to do is replace Punjagutta with Mumbai Central...

Pending projects take up mind space today..

All in a day's work

Being surrounded by handbags is the perfect office setting for a 25 and a half year old.
A handbag is any woman's survival kit. Pretty much. You can ask a man his salary these days but dare you ask a woman whats in her handbag.. Ssssh..

It is this zone that I explore in my line of business, create an ambience for the product so a woman can choose the perfect survival kit for herself.

I love handbags!!
I love women!! My favourite marketing demographic!

The New Year

A new job 6 months back and a special someone... I think my new year started sometime in the middle of 2009. Looking back or rather, looking forward, I cherish what I have now

However 2009 was the year of the unexpected highs and the shattering lows.. I wouldnt have made it to the highs withut a little help from family and friends.

A thanksgiving list follows:

* My sweet daddy & amma
* Prachi, Gurvineet, Sally, Louella, Tanvi, Sumit,
* New friends Madhavi, Swapna, Omer.
* And ofcourse Aunty, Didi & .....

Loads of Love...

And then...

Finally he made it here. I am having the most wonderful time..He is smart and wears a witty brand of humour with a dashing leather jacket. He makes me smile and makes me laugh.
From biker chick and dude to professionals trying to figure themselves out, I think we hit it off really well. Its great just knowing him.

Thank you..

6 months to now

What a year! I'll start by thinking out aloud because months of not writing does this to most of us. Blogland, I missed you. This is without doubt, the most satisfying medium of self-expression for me.
1st June'09, my first day in Hyderabad as a resident was spent in a dazed round of the city and unfair comparisons with Mumbai.

15 Dec'09, The unfair comparisons have stopped. In the last 6 months, I certainly made the most of what the city had to offer me. Made a Manhattan out of Hyderabad. And the story continues..
